Job Description
You will create quality standards, you will ensure operational procedures meet these standards and drive best in class re-manufacturing, warehousing, and reverse logistics operation.
You will contribute on designing and enhancement of existing quality standards, procedures, and specifications for re-manifesting, harvesting, recovery, test line operations, warehousing, operations, process engineering, service ops, etc. including component/labour claims control, verification, and approval. While keeping a focus to meet quality and performance standards, provide business insights and areas of opportunity.
You will coordinate process documentation of procedural changes, performance reports, corrective, and prevention activities. you will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders and our service partners to drive alignment across advanced manufacturing engineering, operations, quality, test engineering, harvesting, part recovering to support repair/refurb service levels, same unit repair, bulk repair, etc. Providing early and ongoing re-manufacturing involvement through end of sales, end of warranty, and end of service support.
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience building and transforming the tooling, processes, and cross-functional partnership strategies that drive quality assurance results with a keen eye for identifying and scaling processes and workflow opportunities.
You must thrive in a fast-moving organization and be excited about staying hands-on with quality systems, quality measurement/analytics, and process optimization.
