Summary:
The main function of a content curator is to aid in surfacing the best content and conversations on a platform. The typical curator will have excellent editorial judgment, a strong command of social media and a demonstrated understanding of breaking news, entertainment news, features, and how they inform social conversations.
Job Responsibilities:
•Review and curate video content from a wide variety of categories with a focus on digital trends, the creator ecosystem, and audio culture
•Identify online trends and personalities, including emerging memes and cultural conversations
•Capture and highlight the best content from wide range of topics, including pop culture, celebrities, comedy, music, sports and food
•Identify storytelling, narrative, characters, and the qualities that make entertainment interesting
•Collaborate with our product teams to improve user experience
Skills:
• Experience in digital video content production, editorial / publishing, or creator / influencer talent
• Experience in social media with a focus on video and Reels
• Familiarity with teen entertainment trends in the US
Education/Experience:
• Bachelors degree required.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $28.70/hour - $39.73/hour
