The Reality Lab Developer Infrastructure (RLDI) team supports all Reality Labs engineers in development, build, test and release investments by building infrastructure solutions needed to build excellent consumer device products. We provide tools, infrastructure, expertise and services which enable RL teams to move fast and deliver with confidence.
The current hiring need is to support the RLDI team in their internal investments to create and visualize a standardized data set aligning customer feedback against existing and future investments, focusing on a culture of fast reactivity and continuous improvement. This role will support investments in operations and feedback ingestion and will also support RLDI’s partnership efforts with customers across reality labs with similar focuses.
Typical Day
Upon joining the team, the coordinator will be given a scope of work to execute on and drive measured success showing the value of the investments they are assigned with. Additional projects to enhance pre-determined key results will be aligned on and expected to be delivered. 40hrs/week.
● Work closely with product, data infrastructure and engineering teams to drive product level investments
● Perform analysis of project requirements and business needs and propose the appropriate design and technical solutions where applicable
● Build complex data sets across products and services at all levels of the business
● Opportunities for additional projects and areas of responsibility based on the hiring manager’s interest in an independent and self-motivated individual with a solutions focused mindset
Candidate Requirements
● Top 3 must-have HARD skills
○ Ability to provide clean, transformed data ready for reporting analysis in SQL and at least one coding language (e.g. Python, Javascript)
○ Ability to design and create data visualizations (reports and dashboards) to make data actionable.
○ Ability to analyze datasets and reports to ensure data accuracy and perform data validations and functional testing
● Top must-have additional skills:
○ Recognizing and adopting best practices in developing reports and analytical insights including data integrity, testing, analysis, validation, and documentation
○ Tracking and communicating project status, issues, risks and decisions
○ Able to work within Product streams in sprints
● Good to have skills:
○ Agile workflow experience
○ Experience working with complex data sets in the software infrastructure space
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $58.08/hour - $71.66/hour
