Job Description:
Assist in the implementation and operation of the user latency measurement for I/O devices. The work will be under the guidance of FTE(s).
Job Responsibilities:
• System level latency test fixture improvement
• Validate the reliability and accuracy of the FPGA and sensor based test devices.
• Investigate alternative sensor components.
• Work with prototyping team to refine test fixture.
• System level latency test procedure implementation and operation
• Validate and improve human in the loop test procedure and test fixture.
• Assist the operation of human in the loop tests, provide test setup and fix problems as needed.
• Basic data analysis, report of results
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of sensors used in embedded system;
• Experience in test and validation.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
• Team player and detail oriented.
• Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
• Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
Preferred skills:
• Familiar with FPGA programming.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $20.79/hour $28.78/hour
