Job Description:
Engineering Program Specialist (EPS) is an important role to ensure the success of prototype builds. The main function of an EPS is to support project manager and project teams on a project.
Job Responsibilities:
• Procure materials to support engineering activities such as placing purchase orders and follow up shipments
• Manage bill of materials (BOM), build matrix and other documents
• Create design release and build schedules based on lead times and program requirements
• Point of contact (POC) between internal teams and external vendors
• Resolve logistics issues and support allocation activities
• Budget forecast and control
Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and move fast with minimal guidance
• Ability to keep information organized
• Ability to identify and highlight potential issues and provide mitigation plans
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills or equivalent
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be a plus.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $44.99/hour - $62.28/hour
