Job Description :
The Financial Planning & Analysis team oversees our investments in headcount, operating expenses and capital investment. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to see trends and opportunities that are developing within the company as well as across the industry. Successful candidates for this team have a bias towards action, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.
You will be responsible for budgeting, tracking, reporting and analysis of investments in operating expenses and capital expenditures and supporting FP&A cycles such as forecast and month end close for Reality Labs organization. You will gain invaluable experience in a position that offers significant responsibility and interaction with business partners and cross-functional teams, as well as considerable opportunity to have a large impact within a growing Finance organization.
Job Responsibilities
-Support FP&A activities including month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting
-Responsible for publishing monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages
-Assist in developing dashboards for automating reporting
-Upload financial forecasts and budgets in Essbase
-Drive ad hoc financial analyses to support and to enable sound investment decisions
-Support process improvements in finance reporting, templates and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
-BA/BS in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent
-7-10+ years of finance, consulting, or business operations experience
-Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts to cross functional partners/leadership
-Experience problem solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time
-Experience with building financial models in Excel and/or Google Sheets
-Experience with PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Financials, Tableau
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $49.15/hour - $52.14/hour
