Job Description:
The main function of an illustrator is to use their creative skills to draft original images for printed and digital products. The typical illustrator will work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas and media into illustrations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with other teams to draft ideas for new illustrations including the content, marketing and editing teams.
• Design visual representations of printed material for digital media.
• Draw rough sketches of illustrations for approval.
• Design story boards for leadership.
• Produce final illustrations.
Skills:
• Ability to take concepts and create visual designs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet agreed timelines.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in art, illustration, or related field.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $37.84/hour $40.45/hour
