Job Description:
The main function of a lab engineer is to develop tools to drive innovation into the organization. The typical lab engineer will work with lab managers to determine which functions of the business could be innovated and to utlizae software and hardware tools in order to carry that out.
Job Responsibilities:
Able to produce battery cell and pack reporting, status updates and final reports for each build (P0, P1 EVTx…)
Good skill to have but not a requirements
Develop Initiatives to improve lab efficiency
Able to interact Third Party test houses
Skills:
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency with excel and spreadsheets.
• Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate given information relative to research.
• Self motivated, persuasive, and analytical.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelors degree in engineering a+
• Experience working with research labs.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $29.34/hour - $40.63/hour
