Job Responsibilities:

• Configure localization tools and automate translation workflows to ensure a precise and efficient localization process

• Implement task automation to deliver immediate and tactical solutions

• Own end-to-end of issue management, triage, prioritization, effective communication with requesters, and leading thorough investigation to successful bugs/errors resolution and delivery

• Develop and maintain dashboards to support localization operations and enhance efficiency

• Analyze operations to provide insight on opportunities for workflow and process improvement

• Review and monitor data for issues on assigned projects

• Assist non-technical team members with implement localization solutions

• Maintain documentation of changes and new features


Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of localization engineering experience

• Proficiency in automating translation workflow and configuring localization tools

• Deep understanding of the localization process and ability to identify requirements for building effective localization processes

• Proficiency with localization platforms, translation memory technologies and termbases – such as Phrase, memoQ, or any similar in-house localization tools and platforms

• Experience dealing with localization issues related to source content, including familiarity file formats such as XLIFF, TMX, XML and JSON.

• Experience managing a Content Management System (CMS) or other web-based content platform/site.

• Understanding of the Regular Expression (RegEx)

• Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritize tasks, and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in standard programming/scripting with SQL, Python, PHP and Bash

• Ability to perform data analysis, including familiarity with query languages like Presto and MySQL for creating dashboards


Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline


This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $53.49/hour - $57.67/hour
