Job Description

  • Experienced EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) professional with expertise in California OSHA regulations.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of the EHS program for a site R and D and office space, including the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures for this space.
  • You will partner with site location lab lead and other stakeholders.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with California OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, identify and mitigate hazards, and provide coaching and training to employees to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Manage incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and track follow-up to prevent future incidents.
  • Partner with senior management, project managers, and site personnel to develop and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work with contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes to EHS regulations and best practices in the industry.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar environment, preferably in data center operations and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of California OSHA regulations and relevant EHS standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven track record of successful EHS program development and implementation.


This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $65.77/hour $91.05/hour
