Job Description:
Support the Horizon Product Foundations and VR Design teams with developing an improved, scalable design system. In H2, the HPF needs to expand our design system for HWXS (Horizon on desktop and mobile) and VRHOTDS (the next iteration of our shared design system with VR). Quickly defining and building a robust component library and eng handoff process in H2 will allow us to cutover to these new systems and scale to new surfaces without sacrificing quality.
This person will help build a first-of-its-kind design system that scales across VR and into web/mobile and native apps and consoles in the future. They will design responsive components, ensure pixel perfection, and help build a comprehensive figma library that will increase design and eng efficiency.
They will also work closely with engineering to ensure components are built to spec and evangelize the design system across the Horizon and VR design teams to ensure our products work well and look their very best.

This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $58.80/hour - $68.83/hour
