Business Program Manager, FB App Research
We are looking for a Business Program Manager to join the Facebook App Research (FAR) Function in Facebook App, supporting the user survey ecosystem. This role will take on responsibilities to support the survey budget guardian and the Director of Research for Facebook App. In addition, there will be additional responsibilities working with the Quantitative Center Of Excellence and Research Rhythms Teams that align to this role.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the survey budget leadership team and other key partners to drive priorities for the function and/or organization
- Oversee and manage ongoing operational needs and key deliverables for survey budget and survey best practices- partner with the Executive Admin to drive FAR operational rhythm, while anticipating needs to further improve efficiency of the function's processes
- Help drive activation of corporate Better Research and key L&D programs to continue elevating FAR’s research practices and execution
- Own the development, organization and execution of large, complex projects from inception to operational execution and effectively develop and communicate program statuses.
- Help drive FB App Research Team culture in helping plan and execute All Hands, Offsites, etc.
Minimum Qualification
- 3+ experience in academic or industry survey research
- 3+ years of experience with project management, research, or operations or equivalent experience
- Experience working effectively with all levels of management, including influencing stakeholders with conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using ClickUp (or similar systems like Asana)
- Proven experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
- Project management and communications (long- and short-form) experience
- Experience cultivating internal relationships
- Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized and structured manner
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $49.92/hour - $63.73/hour
