Job Description:
The main function of the program manager is to help stand up and run our new operating model for a new Strategic Partnerships Program. The core functions will be to (1) coordinate activities, (2) stand up the core operating infrastructure (meetings and templates) and (3) project manage core deliverables and key meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinating activities: This involves working with various stakeholders to ensure that all tasks and projects are completed. You will need to establish clear communication channels, set deadlines, and monitor progress regularly.
• Standing up the core operating infrastructure: This includes setting up regular meetings, creating templates for key documents, and establishing processes for tracking progress and reporting results. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, project management and delivery of key projects, initiatives, and meetings.
• Managing stakeholder relationships: As a program manager, you will need to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams. This involves effective communication, active listening, and a commitment to building trust and collaboration.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Docs and Sheets
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $54.02/hour - $74.79/hour
