Meta is looking for an experienced professional to join our Sales Strategy, Planning and Operations team’s Partner Investments team. In this role, you will work with Global Investments; Sales Strategy, Planning and Operations, as well as other cross-functional groups such as HR, Finance, BI/IT and Legal.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and guide deal proposals and drive efficient processes for teams to develop and execute effective incentive programs
• Develop business frameworks, source and analyze data, provide analytical insights, track and report on progress as needed.
• Provide operational structure and rigor to the various incentive programs as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align resources across the company to best support and scale joint business partnerships, driving recommendations through to implementation
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company

• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Requirements
• BA or BS degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, financial)
• Outstanding analytical, presentation and communication skills and ability to influence across various levels of management
• Solutions and details-oriented with strong business acumen
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $64.02/hour - $74.79/hour
