Introduction
Meta is seeking a Project Specialist or Project coordinator to join the System Technical Project Management team (System TPM) in Reality Labs. The candidate we seek should have a strong background in working with highly complex projects with a full gamut of requirements management, change traceability and change management. The candidate should also have a solid experience in using Jira or similar tools and working cross-functionally with a large multi-disciplinary team.
Job Description
In this role the candidate will be responsible for driving a CCB (Change Control Board) process. From gathering change requests through the driving review process and tracking these all the way through change execution. This will require collaborating closely with domain experts in Augmented Reality across multiple disciplines such as system architecture, electro-mechanical design and sensor leads.
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in managing change control using Jira, in close partnerships with highly technical and diverse engineering teams. The candidate should be able to work independently with other stakeholders to gather change requests, track these changes and use dashboards to communicate status to leadership

This is the pay range that Meta reasonably expects to pay for this position: $69.49/hour
