Job Description

Meta is looking for a Senior Business Operations & Communications Manager focused on helping support the growth of the Realty Labs business by bringing execution excellence to key activities for the Channel Strategy & Experiences team – while also leading content strategy, comms creation and deployment of critical internal & external sales team deliverables.


Reporting to the Head of Channel Sales Planning & Program Management – the right candidate will possess strong project management skills with a drive for results rigor– as well as have a proven record of thriving within a fast paced consumer tech sales organization A proven history of delivering high quality internal and external communications that (a) gather & share out critical business updates, (2) enable the successful sell in/ sell thru of product across consumer & commercial sales channels will also be critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Channel Internal Communications – Content Strategy & Program Management
  • Lead the development/ delivery of key INTERNAL communications. Follow existing processes; ensure comms excellence & readiness for deployment. Deliverables include:
  • Go to Channel Weekly Update
  • Change Management support & comms
  • Weekly CSP to SLT Update team readiness
  • Weekly CSP Update - Email Prep


Go-to-Channel External Communications – Content Strategy & Program Management

  • Lead the development/ delivery of key EXTERNAL comms. Lead content strategy, development, & delivery – including the management of Creative Agency and design– and training of sales teams re: how to use key materials. Deliverables include:
  • AR + VR New Product Launch Long Lead Partner Disclosure Sell In Deck
  • AR + VR New Product Launch Standard Partner Disclosure Sell In Deck
  • AR + VR New Product Launch Seasonal Partner Sell In Deck
  • Meta @ KEY EXTERNAL EVENT Pitch Deck (CES, MWC, others)


Planning & Program Management Team — Biz Ops & Leadership Support

  • d-hoc team requests as needed; pending bandwidth & team need.


Channel Strategy & Experiences — Biz Ops & Leadership Support

  • CSE Onsites/ Offsites planning planning support
  • CSE Leader Regional Visits planning support
  • CSE Leader Meeting Support & Content Readiness
  • CSE Leader - Leads Meeting planning & readiness
  • CSE Leader - Org All Hands meeting planning & readiness
  • Onsite/ offsite planning & coordination
  • Org Charts - Data collection & rolling to layout
  • CSE Leader Action Items, Punch List, and Loop Closure



Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ year proven track record of driving internal / external comms within a complex consumer electronics sales organization – including Retail, Telco, Direct to Consumer, and/ or B2B commercial sales channels.
  • Knowledge of the AR/ VR/ Consumer Electronics go to market, industry trends, market conditions, and/or competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record planning for or executing against channel sales business strategy tasks successfully for large matrixed organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving clear communications, working across cultures, and influencing stakeholders without authority across all levels of an organization.
  • Deep experience managing workload within a fast-paced time frame.
  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience).
  • MUST have 10 plus years of experience in business operations and communications
  • MUST be a self-starter
  • MUST have experience in retail(selling, go-to market sales chanels)


This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $69.18/hour - $95.78/hour
