Program Manager V

Job Description:

We’re looking for a part time Business Program Manager to support the FB UXR Research Lead in developing, disseminating and coordinating north, south east and west communications that explain and drive understanding and clarity of FAR’s evolution to drive increased efficiency, decreased costs and overall impact of our research development and execution.

As a critical part of the team, a successful person will be organized, and have excellent oral and written communication skills that match the needs of various audiences (executive, managers and IC).

The ideal candidate will be able to shift seamlessly between driving larger organizational priorities, routine daily tasks and a team player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate and drive internal and external meeting preparation, including content preparation, briefings, pre-reads and read-outs. Track action items and follow-ups as needed.
• Develop a structured communication strategy for all north/south/east and west communication that:
• Leverage and build upon cross-functional comms to create south; east-west facing communications
• Summarize and show the through-line of our research strategy and operations for north facing comms
• Ensure a calendarization for FAR’s standard communications and including associated tasks, such as coordinating the monthly FAR meeting, building the deck, writing a follow-up comm with the deck to post in workplace, etc..
• Partner with the FAR Executive Admin to manage priority escalations and ensure all meetings are purpose-driven, structured, measurable and all action items are documented and communicated to relevant audiences for complete transparency.
• Partner with the FAR Operations team on communications, trainings, and launch of large-scale programs.

This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $69.18/hour - $95.78/hour
