  • Orchestrate end-to-end production of high-quality creative assets, fostering seamless collaboration with product teams to align projects with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the Art Quality Council process, managing review request intake forms, scheduling, and conducting Art Reviews, leading to actionable feedback that significantly elevates deliverable quality for Avatars & Identity teams.
  • Champion and mentor a team of Technical and 3D Artists in weekly QA bug triages, resolving critical issues to achieve and maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Assist engineers and artists in implementing streamlined processes for internal project management tools to enhance productivity and optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct auditing and approvals to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Uphold the organization's reputation for excellence by ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards through meticulous auditing and approval workflows.
  • Demonstrate leadership by effectively leading legal and cultural reviews of creative assets during and after production, mitigating potential risks, and ensuring cultural sensitivity in diverse markets.
  • Drive the success of time-critical GTM (Go-to-Market) and sprint projects by providing essential support to Creative Leadership and Art Producers, consistently delivering high-quality results within challenging timelines.
  • Provide support to leadership by actively assisting with quarterly budget and PO tracking, ensuring financial oversight and resource management.


Original Responsibilities, now for the A&I Experiences team:

  • Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity for Avatar Experiences workstreams.
  • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
  • Oversee team’s 2023 budget and inform leadership of progress and changes in budget throughout project execution.
  • Serve as main point of contact for the team’s vendor engagements, including:
  • Handling all communication from project kickoff to completion
  • Organizing and scheduling vendor meetings and reviews
  • Working with fellow producers to develop and coordinate vendor delivery schedules
  • Tracking all vendor deliveries and ensuring proper ingestion and testing.
  • Maintaining appropriate outward communication of vendor milestones to XFN partners and Workplace groups
  • Draft, revise, and manage contracts and other legal paperwork relating to vendor engagements, and work with the internal legal team to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Work to expand the team’s vendor roster, including coordinating feedback on current vendor partners and forging relationships with new vendors for future work.


This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $52.30/hour - $72.41/hour
