Job Responsibilities
● Plan and execute a research agenda to advance Human-Computer Interaction and Human-AI interaction research.
● Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and designers across disciplines to solve complex problems.
● Organize and lead research activities such as designing and building prototypes, designing experimental studies, data collection, and data analysis.
● Communicate research activities and findings to collaborators across a variety of disciplines.
● Publish and present papers at international conferences and journals in the field.
Minimum Qualifications
● PhD in computer science, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
● Interpersonal skills, cross-group collaboration, and cross-culture collaboration.
● 3+ years of experience in experimental design of user studies, and statistical analysis to interpret study results.
● Proven track record of achieving research results and innovation as demonstrated by first-authored publications in peer-reviewed journals/conferences and/or patents.
● Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies. Preferred Qualifications ● Demonstrated experience designing novel interactions through publications, projects, and/or demos.
● Demonstrated experience applying ML/AI models to interactive, real-time applications.
● Familiarity with AR/VR technologies and literature.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $69.37/hour - $96.04/hour
