Job Description

● Build insights around integrity risks on our platform to protect our community, drive business decisions, and product change.

● Stay up to date on current events and public affairs and develop a deep understanding of how they may cause risk to the company or its users from product, policy or enforcement perspective

● Perform research, investigation, and assessment to help our product and policy teams identify gaps in our products

● Prioritize themes of actionable and persistent risk to help drive product solutions

● Investigate risky content to determine underlying theme both qualitatively and quantitatively to create postmortem risk analysis and disseminate findings to Facebook in order to refine processes, policies, and identify integrity gap


Job Responsibilities

● Communicate the results of analyses with Risk Project Managers, Surface Product, product policy, and cross-functional teams to influence risk mitigation actions and strategy

● Be the advocate of the user: Surfacing persistent themes to product, policy and operations counterparts

● Understand issues, relating to offensive images and writing, offensive or derogatory language, or other offensive or controversial material

Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.

Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication


Qualifications:

● 4+ years of professional work experience in a related field, such as consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, or analytics

● Strong experience building and executing sophisticated processes

● Experience with quantitative data analysis, deep measurable insights, modeling, and test plan design and analysis

● Unparalleled business judgement and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions

● Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience communicating data & insights to a sophisticated audience

● Strong collaboration and partner leadership skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with cross functional teams

● Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of partners in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines

● High energy working style and optimistic attitude

● [Preferred] SQL/Python/R experience (visualization, data wrangling, statistical modeling, A/B testing, etc.)


This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $22.95/hour - $31.78/hour
