Job Description

  • Oversee conversion of Process Builder automations to Flows in advance of Process Builder sunset in June 2023
  • Maintain automation hygiene in Salesforce by condensing related Flows into single automations for ease of use
  • Work cross-functionally with Kustomer Finance and Dev teams to automate the expansion process (automating in-app seat expansions and KIQ bundle expansions from purchase to revenue recognition)
  • Work cross-functionally with Kustomer Finance and Dev teams to automate upsell process (create automation to differentiate expansions from upsells and appropriately recognize revenue)
  • Build process to automate renewals for growth segment (ie, Professional and Business licenses)
  • Analyze existing data structure in Salesforce (objects, fields, etc.) and archive or condense unused objects/fields
  • Oversee transition of Kustomer’s Salesforce instance to an Enhanced Domain
  • Oversee sandbox deprecation
  • Create sales dashboards to be used during Kustomer Ops Metrics Review meetings
  • Oversee and automate validation of all closed lost opportunities by evaluating activity and chatter to determine accuracy
  • Review API RPM usage and make recommendations to reduce unnecessary usage


Projects

  • Workplace Project:
  • Automate notifications in Workplace when new sales or renewals are closed
  • Salesforce and Gainsight Project:
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and streamline data relationships between Salesforce and Gainsight during Gainsight’s implementation


Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong SFDC knowledge
  • Experience with building/creating quotes through Zuora
  • Experience using CPQ - preferably Zuora
  • Experience using CMS tools - preferably Ironclad
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS revenue organizations, supporting new and renewal business workflows and teams
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills


Zuora and Ironclad Projects

  • Evaluate SFDC/Zuora/Ironclad process improvements and promote contract adherence through permission provisioning, while working cross-functionally with the legal and billing teams
  • Create validation rules in Zuora and Ironclad to enforce contract adherence based on license type
  • Support Kustomer as it relates to its pricing model, contract commitments, usage-based pricing, and approach on overages and revenue vs. recurring revenue
  • Day-to-Day Tasks:
  • Support sales team members with sales related processes including reporting, SFDC assistance, quoting, contract creation, etc.
  • Manage provisioning and deprovisioning of GTM tech stack



This is the pay range that Meta reasonably expects to pay for this position:$71.88/hour $95.93/hour
