Job Description:
The main function of a Technical Program Manager is to provide successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, or coordinate activities related to Meta Technologies Research; analyze technology, resource and stakeholder needs, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Collaborate with Meta Technologies stakeholders for budget tracking; coordinating with project reviewers and approvers, tracking research projects across teams, supporting the data collection repository
• Provide technical support for data collection hardware, software and upload pipeline; conferring with engineers, stakeholders on needs; track uploads and troubleshoot issues; ensure storage is aligned with Privacy/security standards
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Submit and track purchasing, space, inventory and other requests
• Set up lab spaces at external vendor and internal sites; oversee vendor engagements by coordinating with and training vendor staff; train and coordinate with internal staff; collect data as needed; assist in participant recruitment and management
• Develop tools and programs, prioritization, and project management
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HCI, or a related field
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
Previous experience in human subjects research
Organizational and planning experience.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Experience understanding and communicating technical information to non-experts.
Experience coordinating and collaborating across multiple teams, managing shared resources
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $31.28/hour - $43.31/hour
