Job Responsibilities:
- Define, roll-out, execute and sustain repeatable business process for programs at Facebook Data Centers and relevant Infrastructure teams globally
- Develop internal communication to support business initiatives and ensure effective execution & adoption of related process and procedures
- Align stakeholders & resources to deliver in areas that will deliver the greatest impact (i.e. ensuring equitable distribution of resources and creating a sustainable reporting methodology)
- Define ways to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
- Elicit detailed business requirements by engaging the business to capture clear functional details to architect an improved business process
- Run regular syncs at various levels of the organization (core team, leadership etc.) to maintain proactive stance/awareness about issues across our cross-functional partnerships
- Demonstrate & deliver Maintain Project Management best practices to include thorough documentation, capture lessons learned, and effective knowledge management
- Resourceful and action-oriented with the ability to get things done and overcome obstacles independently. Be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to quickly adapt, learn new technologies & business domains, and be able to create a solid understanding of operational challenges

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Operations, Computer Science or related fiel
- 8+ years of work experience in project/program management
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational experience
- Interpersonal experience, including relationship building and a “roll-up your sleeves” collaborative mentality operating in a global, cross-functional team; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience executing on multiple implied and explicit tasks simultaneously
- Experience working in Supply Chain operations, Sourcing/Procurement operations or Finance
Preferred:
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP, Prince etc.)
- Business Consultant background with experience in stakeholder engagement, information management, strategic alignment, and a demonstrated track record of delivering business value through process improvement in the high-tech operations space
- Independent and thorough in examination and analysis, along with being consensus-building and results-oriented
- Experience working on highly cross-functional, global teams while remote from manager support
- 8-10+
- Minimum Bachelors – Business, Management, Logistics, Sourcing
- PMP, MBA preferred.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $80.81/hour - $111.88/hour
