Job Description:
The main function of the trust and safety contractor is to handle day to day and procedures that help prevent harm to users across the platform of applications and products.
Job Responsibilities:
* Uphold the Trust and Safety efforts across Business Integrity ensuring a safe business/consumer experience.
* Handle escalated scenarios acting as the subject matter expert across various Business Integrity work streams.
* Partner with cross-functional teams that are dedicated to supporting businesses on WhatsApp
* Provide insights across your team to help improve new and existing processes.
* Communicate trends and issues across your team and the wider Business Integrity team.
Skills:
* Self-starter and agile learner
* Detail oriented and team player
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Previous support experience with external facing clients
* Previous experience reviewing corporate or public policies, Trust and Safety or Integrity experience preferred
Education/Experience:
• Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $22.03/hour - $24.97/hour
