Job Description:
This is a great new opportunity for an experienced, driven and enthusiastic Sr Multimedia Developer (Learning Experience Designer) to join our Customer Support Training team and share your innovative media design ideas with the Meta Reality Labs Customer Support Organization.
We are looking for an experienced and creative mutli-media developer with experience developing engaging training content for contact center agents or a similar audience at scale. This person should be a creative at heart, work well with cross functional teams, be learner focused. Any new media development skills this person brings to the table is welcome. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys risk taking in their design and development. Organizational and Communication Skills are essential to this role for full ownership of development content.
Job Responsibilities:
● Take full ownership of each project working collaboratively with ID, SMEs and stakeholders
● Apply design and development innovation to product training, process/procedure training, support tool training
● Design and develop clear course storyboards, voice over scripting and recording
● Manage all ID, SME, stakeholder exchanges, reviews, readouts
● Work collaboratively with ID and external vendor development teams
● Manage all course visual assets, video, audio, templates
● Maintain all visual assets, video assets and audio assets
Minimum Qualifications:
● 7+ years of experience
● Able to work in ambiguous fast paced setting
● Advanced Media Development skills
● Advanced rapid development skills
● Experience developing basic video and audio content
● Proficiency developing with various rapid development tools ( Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe suite( AI + Photoshop +After effects Audacity), Slides or PPT, Vyond or equivalences)
● Knowledge of LMS use and functionality (CSOD) for Scorm files and packaging
Preferred Qualifications:
● Understanding of contact center operations
● Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trust
● Proficiency with structured authoring tools or suggest new ones
● Proficiency with storyboarding and scripting for video
● Knowledge of PM tools
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position: $39.17/hour - $54.23/hour
