The WFM analyst will contribute to Meta’s mission by playing a key role in ensuring that the staffing and productivity data from our vendors are accurate and up to date.
The role will also contribute to WFM analysis to identify trends & opportunities and contribute to continuous development of our WFM framework.
Responsibilities:
• Daily production hours vs target check to ensure staffing level & productivity meets expectations.
• Weekly updating and analyzing WFM trackers.
• Contribute to insights for WBRs & MBRs.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure issues impacting productivity are reported.
Skills & Experience:
• 1+ years experience within WFM
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in problem solving
• Reliable team player that can work independently
Must have: multiple years of experience analyzing data in Excel, GoogleSheets or similar tools.
Nice to have: SQL, Tableau.
This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $32.67/hour - $45.23/hour
